Life Coaching with Development in Progress

When I started my career, I was not quite sure where it would go. In fact, I felt like I was at a crossroads in every area of my life. I was unsure what to do and where to go. But through the power of coaching, guidance, and mentorship I found not only growth, but a brand new outlook on life that has brought me to where I am today, leading a fulfilled life! My journey to this point has been far from ordinary. I have no formal education and spent most of my career as a professional manager by working my way up the ladder through hard work. I grew up in a big family as one of five children, which is not easy. I have experienced a lot of tragedy and turmoil throughout my life in the loss of both people and possessions. In fact, if most people looked at me and my circumstances when I was younger, they might have thought that I was going nowhere; that I had no chance of creating a beautiful life for myself. I might have even thought that at one point or another. But, when I found myself in my most trying transition period, I ended up seeking guidance not through education but through coaching and mentorship.  It was then that I met some of the greatest people – individuals who cared enough to help me succeed – and changed my life forever.  Through my own experiences being mentored, I learned the true value of a coach. I learned that simply having someone in your corner is enough to propel you forward. What’s even better is having someone who offers sound advice! From this, I began excelling in my career and every other facet of my life. I began writing empowerment books and blogging to share my story and message, in the hopes that others could be inspired. Now, I am starting my own coaching program for those that are looking to grow in any area. Whether you are transitioning through relationships, jobs, schools, having children, or any other obstacle that this world may be throwing at you, Development in Progress LLC is here to help.  Your current state does not have to be your final form - you are someone who is capable of creating change and making a life that you are happy to live. As a Christian mother, wife, and business owner I know the power of faith. I believe that every day is new and each one is an amazing opportunity to do better than the day before. But, I also know what it was like to be in your shoes; confused, overwhelmed, and unsure what to do next. That is why I am the perfect person to help you navigate through these times.  Being mentored was the greatest thing to ever happen to me, and I know that it can help you too.
