We are focusing on ourselves; we want to be our best version of a B.W.O.W; regardless of our current health, finances, and family concerns, it is possible to become a better version of you.
How?
First, let's discuss how we deal with hurt and disappointment; things went left instead of right. Most often, you will hear a woman say, "oh well, on to the next," or/and "I got this," or/and "it is what it is" do you believe that this is the best reaction to hurt and disappointment?
Could it be by responding in this manner that we harbor resentment, anger, and sadness? We may cause stress and illness by internalizing our pain or decide to become a loner.
I have recently begun to experience anxiety, something that I have never dealt with before...I also decided that I would not suppress my hurt, disappointment, or sadness to keep the so-called peace. What about my peace?
Interestingly, once I made this decision, I began to experience anxiety. Why? I am speculating that it is because of fear? It is not easy for me to speak about those things that hurt; my usual approach is to ignore or let go. I will not simply deal with anxiety because it can be crippling, and I want to live abundantly. So I will discuss my current issue with my Doctor and see what steps I need to take. We are talking about our inner selves, so let's look deep and live.
